That’s what authentik is all about. And it’s well-founded.
A message in a bottle on VFo is a bit odd. But just as legitimate. No more, no less.
Not sure the advice is any good, though.

On the other hand, given the vehemence with which you’re responding, Brutus, you should keep a low profile. There was nothing malicious about it; your comments are simply outrageous. If you browse the VFo, you’ll see managers penalised for far less than that. And all because of a single ‘problematic’ message. Make the most of your luck at having, strangely enough, got off scot-free.

As for Mick, hang in there, don’t lose hope. There are good managers among the HVs – have you asked them for their opinions? Their views will surely be of more interest to you.

He was simply asking about the support available through his agreements; here at LMG, we help each of our members, whether it’s with tactics or other aspects of the game (and sometimes even outside the game).
That’s the main purpose of an alliance; otherwise, it’s just 50k a week down the drain.

That was indeed the point of Authentik’s original message; we’d all understood it, even if some are hiding behind their little fingers saying, “Oh no, not at all!”

Mergers are all the rage at the moment. So the lads who were just going round in circles in their Discord group now find themselves a group of six, and they’re feeling all important!!!

Brutus’s advice is spot on: stay humble, don’t go around lecturing everyone left, right and centre about tactics, mutual support, or whatever. And just keep your alliance going – it’s already lasted ten seasons, so that’s not bad.
