My mate Blackie and I have a new recruit
Nour FC.
The only problem is that he and his brother were banned for transfers, even though they were using the same Wi-Fi connection
These transfers benefit no one – just three transfers totalling 200k, involving low-value players.
Is it possible to change the rules?
To recognise that young players want to play VF (and actually play quite well, too)?
Is it possible to give him a different penalty rather than banning them?

No more abuse regarding those three transfers. Players who are of no value in the game.

Or do the admins have any further information?

It’s written in the rules: no multi-accounts – the rules apply to everyone
