Since the update, the new MDM has been less responsive to updates. It’s sleeping like a baby 😄
I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if Aymeric intended it to be like this.

For the last 2–3 days, I’ve found the MDm less logical

Lots of 0–0 and 1–0 results, even though the matches are closely contested. It’s incredibly boring having to sit through that for an hour and a half.

Nothing made sense yesterday – a disappointing 0–0 draw in a friendly, with four chances and my team playing well against a fairly weak AFK side, so I can confirm what our AFU friends have been saying.

I’d definitely agree with you – especially in high-stakes matches – that it feels like nothing’s happening these days. I’ve had two chances and my opponent’s had three. I get the impression that matches are more tightly contested and that you’re just wasting your time trying to change anything.

I’m fine – the last time there were fewer than two goals in one of my matches was at least two weeks ago 😉

I can confirm: it’s a bit of a mess. I lost 4–0 to Lolo (who had an extra LR), even though it was 0–0 two weeks ago. 🙃

Yes, I agree with that assessment; not only goals but also chances seem to be becoming scarcer.

A 0–0 draw: why not, even though both teams played quite attacking football.
But the fact that there were zero chances seems a bit strange, even though it’s obviously within the realm of possibility in terms of probability (as are 100 per cent of results, for that matter).

What has changed is a discrepancy between the live data and what’s shown on the graphs below. Take a look at my match below: my possession has gone up to 69 per cent, but the graph still shows 60 per cent.

It’s the first time I’ve had a match like this. With a bit of luck I’ll score straight away 🤣 but given the stats, having so few xGs is mad. Where’s the fun in watching a match like this?

Matches come and go, and no two are the same. Sometimes we have a proper nightmare, sometimes we score more than we should… the ups and downs of Virtufoot, and of football in general. Personally, it’s the fact that I have to spend an hour and a half watching the match just to stand a chance of winning that gets me down, but oh well ^^

It’s weird – now in friendlies I’m scoring 7–0, 9–0 and 6–0 with my Team B (38ng) against Team 40ng (AFK), but in official matches with my Team A, it’s a complete washout. What on earth is going on with the MDM on VF?

Bad luck – we had to play with Team A on odd-numbered days!

Personally, I don’t like the IE – even if it means losing next season, I’m only building the team because it’s all gone to pot: 21 defeats, 9 draws, 12 wins
The IE matches are a disaster; the league matches are a different story because the D1 Picardie league is unplayable.
But in the D2 IE matches, I was winning last season.
What’s happened? Overnight, my team’s no longer up to scratch, even though I haven’t changed a thing.
Either the whole VF has got stronger and I’m the only one not up to scratch, or the MDM doesn’t like my team 😁😁😁
I’m fed up with all these defeats with my A team, so I might as well field two B teams and give up on the IE league and the cup.
That’s how I feel right now – what’s the point of working your socks off if Ducros aren’t putting in the effort?

Three days ago, I won my IE – a nice little bonus for my opponent. What I didn’t understand was that I’d been attacking down the middle from the start; when I switched to focusing all my attacks down the right for five minutes, nothing changed – in fact, I conceded a goal – but a minute later, things changed. I was lucky on that occasion, but if you do the same in defence and concede a goal, you’d be absolutely livid with such a delay when you change your tactics.
