welcome onto the game
Check the player page, tab progression, as you can see old players have 0% margin progression, so you shouldn't get worried about them because they won't evolve so much.
For younger players, you can create some personalized training programs, based on programs by default but without endurance / stamina.
You can improve endurance with individual training only.
By the way, I advise you to choose a championship.
You will get more money with ticketing of the stadium, and by letting interviews on TV channel after each championship game.
