You just have to be patient, as with everything on VF... Your periods of fun in matches, your young people at the CDF, everything turns around. At some point, in six months, it will bring you 2-3 80% of potential but you will not post and as a result, it will reinforce the pessimists in their convictions since the guys only share their frustrations.

Mine has been going carbon for 12 years and I have only had 1 pot 80.... When you have others who have a mini pot 85 per season. At some point when they say it's chance I honestly have a hard time believing it

And yet, what else could it be? I don't do anything in particular and I have had several juniors 83-86 over the last few seasons thanks to my RJ and even twice via the U17 tournament.

Same, I didn't do anything more when I was chatty than when I'm much less now.

I must admit that I've been lucky in recent times when it comes to scouting.

I have a youth scout with 81 skill and academy level 10. Usually scout reports player with potential from around 67 to 75, but lately I've promoted 5 players with potential over 80 and a few in the high 70s. I've also been able to find players with potential 70+, think up to 77, maybe 78 via detection.

I'm not trying to have academy full of future stars because I try to promote them before 19, some players depending on position and instructions, I would like to promote before 18 ideally, so I release quite a few players from academy.

For instance, I'd probably prefer to promote 17 year old player with potential 70-73 than 21 year old with potential 80 if I don't intend to sell.

It's been a few seasons that I haven't had more than 69 pot. I reassure you.

For my part, I had big air holes where for several months nothing fit.....then this year, I got 4 x 80+ in a row, then nothing and recently an 84. ...yes it's really lucky....On the other hand in U17 never a single recruitment.
