My player got injured why match is still on I try to subtitute the player but I can't so I was let with short 1 till the match ended and I don't know why

Injured player will be automatically out. You only need to select backup player and click continue button. There is player limitation in some positions; for example if you have 3 AC on the pitch, you can not play with fourth AC etc.
