I’m here to say that I’m getting fed up with following the French league matches – the tactics and all that for 90 minutes – I’ve had enough and I just can’t do it anymore (family life, hobbies, etc.)
And if you don’t follow the matches, you don’t get the results – this has become even more of an issue since the introduction of playing styles
(I still enjoy the game itself, the club management and the community just as much as ever; that’s not the problem)

But the idea would be to be able to hand your team over to the assistant manager during those interminable 90 minutes; he’d be in charge of everything from team tactics and substitutes to team instructions
Anyone who loves following their matches from start to finish can still do so, just as I used to

I think the game needs to take this step; managing it on the computer is a thing of the past

Et sans suivre ses matchs on a pas de résultats, c'est encore plus d'actualité depuis les styles de jeu
(Le jeu en lui même, la gestion du club, la communauté me plaît toujours autant c'est pas le problème)

Isn’t that exactly the point? If you want to play a game where you delegate tasks to an assistant, play FM… but I don’t see the point of doing that here; it’ll just demotivate even more those who are actually working their arses off to follow their matches.

Hi, I’m not quite sure I understand – would you like an assistant to stand in for you when you’re not there? And who, for example, would defend in the right places, attack where it hurts the opposition, and adapt the team’s game plan to suit the match?
But does that mean the plan is to let your club run itself without getting involved?
Why not just give it up if you don’t enjoy the game any more? Sorry for asking such a direct question, but that’s the impression I get when I read what you’ve written.

Yes, perhaps my suggestion is a bit too radical and needs adjusting
Adjust it in terms of the importance of EA during the match, or perhaps the match duration, the number of news items, etc.

Actually, what I mean is that I like managing my match, but not for 90 minutes a day or 6 to 10 hours a week
