Hello Aymeric,

I'm opening a new topic following the novelty (last season) of the physical preparation event.

I understand your desire to find a way of blocking the clever ones who have done double physical preparation in the past.

I just think it's a shame that the current settings have an impact on loans, regardless of when they start or end. It kind of calls into question youth training partnerships, even though this is an interesting aspect of the VF, involving solidarity between 2 clubs, each of which has an interest in it.

Couldn't another solution be applied that would be less penalising? Perhaps someone has a simple and effective idea that could make this event more open, without opening the door to optimisation.

Thanks in advance to Aymeric and everyone else for their collective thoughts on how to improve this event.

Good evening and a good season to you all

I completely agree with you!
One "solution" would be to loan the player for just one season, do the training course at home and then go out on loan again in the same period and so on ...

I'm sick and tired of having to pay the piper all the time. It's vital that we help each other to develop our clubs, and with this new system, the interest in lending is not so great after all.

Or drop the fitness levels of all the players still progressing to 1%... it would become a real 'strategic' choice to do this course.

Or limit each player to one training course per season, regardless of which club he's at. Given that this was done to stop the clever ones doing two, wasn't it? Or was it for something else and I didn't follow it? That's also possible.

Otherwise there would be this solution:

We'd have a system where you tick "training camp" or not in the club's parameters.
And at the start of each new season for those who have ticked -30% +1 endu on the entire squad - €1m.
Given that it would be a sort of automated event, it would in theory be impossible to do it twice.

It remains to be seen whether this can be done without any bugs, of course.

Adrimax: Il y en a marre de payer les pots cassés sans arrêt. C'est une entraide primordial pour faire évoluer les clubs, avec cette nouveauté l'intérêt de prêter devient finalement pas si intéressante.

It should be remembered that in the end, the abuse of the training courses only concerned two players, who were actually on top of that in an industrial way. As for the rest, it was really laughable.

It's a shame, it's more interesting to loan out young players.

Do we still need to bother feeding this section? I've never seen a follow-up or a comment.

Damien2911: Faut - il encore prendre la peine de nourrir cette section ? Je n'ai jamais vu une suite donnée ou un commentaire.

That's true

Totally in favour.
It's not a big deal, 1 small point per season, but training is already a mess, so we can't do without a +7 or 8 point stamina boost from training courses.

As a result, I'm no longer willing to loan out my youngsters to avoid this backlog, and I'm penalising 12 developing clubs that I could have helped.

In the end there was a double penalty:
-No more loan returns
-Impossible to do a work placement on loan (or return from loan)

All we had to do was cancel one of the two.

We should be able to authorise the +1 d'endu for a player who has been on loan for more than 56 days.
I don't mind that it's not allowed for a player who has just been loaned out, but often young players stay with a club on loan for several seasons, and it's easy to see how long they've been with the club.
This would avoid the abuses of the past, and would not penalise loans/partnerships.

But all you have to do is put in one event per player, per season max, no matter if he's got a sprain, is on holiday in Croatia or has been on loan for 17 minutes. +1 indu max and you're done with endless exchanges and abuse by the clever ones. It doesn't have to be a mammoth task.
