As of today, this part of the rules is no longer valid and has been deleted:

• Any agreement of sale in MP (or archived MP) will have to be respected, if it is not the case the club not respecting will be sanctioned and the transfer made by an administrator.

From now on all transfer / loan negotiations will have to be done through the transfer module.
