Following the decision to prevent cancellation of a loan, couldn't an additional loan period be envisaged?

A full season or half a season?

Personally, I've accumulated a number of players, some of them on loan. I now find myself with too many BUs that will be useful once the loan players have left. If I want to make room for them, I have to either sell them or loan them out for much longer than the end of the loan period.
