Blocking axis - your def are base in central and side become weak

Blocking wing is the opposite, your two side are stronger and your centre weak

Low def boost your def but you gonna loose in the middle sector and possession maybe use it whit a style for counter the bad side

High pressure was the opposite of low def , your def become weak but you boost your middle and possession

And the two last just mean your def focused on the side you choice

I would only add, you can select an degree of instruction: light or normal. to go more or less strong with the instruction.
so for example, blocking axis light will re-inforce slightly your central defense but avoid also to decrease too much your wings whilst normal (or none) will go stronger on blocking axis and make your wings very weak.
