I've just had an idea, at the moment it's true that the training centre is a bit uninteresting, difficult to find good potential, matches that are organised and then go away.

In short, I've thought of this: after a certain number of wins in futsal, and I mean a win in a futsal final, have a points system.

What for? Well, to accumulate points so that, at some point, we can give an extra pot to one of our youngsters, maybe set up a system so that pots of 80 or more can't be affected, but for example a 75 could be upgraded to a 76 thanks to this.

A fut 8 / 0.5 pts
A fut 16 / 1pts

After 10pts, this would give 1 pot to give to a young person.

This is an example, maybe 20 pts or find a way to do it, I would find it interesting for small clubs.
