Voting on something you have virtually no control over? Honestly, I don't see the point.

You can do the same thing as in real life, but for the game there are other improvements that take precedence. I don't think this improvement will add anything to vf. Sorry even if the idea can be done but it will never be.

It's not easy for everyone to wake up one morning and think about VF and what improvement project they could propose because they read the day before that they were talking about the golden ball on another topic.
That said, it's understandable given that, apart from winning the Champions League, the ultimate challenge for VF is to have its improvement project validated by Aymeric.

Even on a topic whose purpose is not to provoke, but simply to make a simple proposal for improvement, which may or may not be accepted by the community and why not, like all the other topics, be in Aymeric's hands according to his wishes, you find the energy and the time to throw jabs without the slightest transition, or even for nothing, at my address, without me having done anything to you in this case.
You really need to stop this kind of behaviour in future, because your comments never add any value and are never constructive in the interests of everyone, other than to inflame your fan base for pointless likes.

Football being a team sport, individual awards are a bit artificial (like top scorer, etc.)
Not to mention the fact that the 'real' Ballon d'Or is even more artificial because it's subjective, created by journalists to please each other and sell papers or ratings.
So obviously, since a French player playing for a French club could win it, which is unusual, it unleashes the passions of some.
I respect your proposal but my opinion is that wanting to transpose this 'thing' to VF, without disrespecting you, seems to me to be rather ridiculous, not to mention the multitude of practical objections that some people are already raising above, not to mention the following ones that will rain down.
I think that if the creator of the game has time to devote to improving it, putting a golden ball in place is not the main priority to work on!
