It's never reassuring to finish in the top three of a league, you can even finish last, but TV rights are normal in leagues and it's a shame when a club plays a whole season without receiving anything. Even if it wasn't up to scratch, that's why I'm proposing that TV rights be included in championships to allow all clubs to find some equal money or, as you like, to distribute it at the end of each season.
How would you calculate it? Well, I think it's a good idea because we already have TV channels, so at the start of each championship TV should buy the rights to televise a championship and the TV rights.

There are enough ways to make money, and it's perfectly manageable.
The TV channel already makes it possible to earn money from sponsors, and the TV rights are already marketable, so there's no need to buy them twice :)

The only thing that could be improved on the TV rights for me is to include the derby and classico matches and charge more for tickets as well as the TV rights

For clubs less than 50 and up to 50kms from my home (the opposing coach's home town) it becomes a derby
As for the proposal made here, the answer is no. Sorry, by buying each match we have a chance of increasing our TV channel's audience, but by buying the championship outright it's always the same people who would have the rights
