There are far too many inactive clubs in the lowest divisions. This affects every league.
This phenomenon is explained by the fact that a club that has been registered on the game for 5 minutes can register for a league. Then they never log on again, and that's another inactive club added to the long list.

To correct this problem, I propose that a club must have been active for at least 5 days (or X days, to be defined) before it can register for a championship.

After 5 days, if the manager is still managing his club, we'll be able to consider that he's hooked on the game and can therefore join a league.

I've set the cursor on 5 days, but it could be less, 3 days for example... It could also be more, but I'm afraid that a period that's too long will put off a newcomer.

This idea follows on from the post on the African championship, which is currently overcrowded but has 8 groups full of inactive players in the bottom division.

It's not easy enough for a newcomer to get hooked on VF, but if we block access to a championship, this time it's mission impossible.

Or a first season in a new/ghost league, which would allow new players to play either against new players or inactive players. And at the end of the season, they'll have the chance to enter it in their first championship. After 5 days, they wouldn't be in a league with ng80s and they could learn the game in less than 56 days with clubs at their level
