I'd like to suggest a very simple and purely graphical improvement: to upgrade the CDF detection view.
Today we carry out our daily detections to be able to see the potential of the young person. Once the potential has been discovered, it is visible on the young person's file. That's all very well, but when we carry out a lot of detections (more than 2,000 for some towns) we have to go through all the players' files again to choose the best ones.
I therefore propose that the current view be upgraded to add a POTENTIAL column and the option of filtering by potential. See example on the screen

Your account was created 4 months ago. You should know that you are proposing something that has been removed, voluntarily.
Historically, detected potentials remained visible, in the form of stars like in your team view.
This was very practical.
However, this was removed, most likely to combat the use of scripts/auto-clicks. The manager who was cheating theoretically only had to launch his script, let it run for many, many hours, and look at the results very easily afterwards, by consulting the juniors who had a lot of stars.
Worse still, I think it was unlimited at the time.

The MDJ therefore 'forced' the manager to be behind his PC/smartphone, and to see the results live, youngster by youngster. It may not be perfect, but it seems like a well-thought-out solution.
I don't know if it's still justified, as detection is limited to 150 juniors per session and, quite frankly, has become very inefficient. It's difficult to find a potential 80, having made a lot of effort (and spent a lot of time!), while the friend next door is given two potential 85s by his junior recruiter, without the slightest effort.
So I doubt that your proposal will be accepted, but perhaps the current situation is obsolete, good question.
