Hello vf community

If you'd like to join the HVS, you're welcome to join our 'family' club, where our ambition is to perform as well as we can in a friendly atmosphere.

We have the position of coach of our association, which will be playing in D1 next season, open to someone who is motivated by this position and who has the time to follow the matches, as this is one of the keys to selection.

I think that the position of coach is becoming harder and harder to fill... you need to have faith and that takes time... not to mention the vagaries of players who are sold, out of shape, injured or suspended...

Even with us, it's hard to find a candidate... I'm going to see you reapply ^^

Enzo, lately we've mainly had selectors by default because the SIs are important to the agreement, whether for the competition or to help run it, but it's often due to a lack of time.
So we'd like a motivated manager to take on the position of selector, and we're also looking for new members at all levels who simply want to take part in the SIs and/or in the life of the agreement.
We're not necessarily strong enough to do anything other than stay in D1, but the club has been very consistent over the years. In any case, it's a good place to be, and I've been part of it for almost as long as I've been at VF (and that's over 15 years). We'd be delighted to welcome new members.

The most important thing is to take part, and if you get results, that makes your efforts worthwhile 😉

That's true, but when you have people who don't take part... well, it's a joke and then you have people who manage everything... that makes up for it, and it's for them that you keep on doing the job... and fortunately, there are more of them to manage than some (who you rely on, well, especially the players, and who don't give a damn)...

And I have to admit, you fight for those who are good... and you try to win as much as you can!

Brutus: Pas faux, mais quand tu en as qui ne participes pas... ben, ça blase et à côté de cela, tu en as qui gèrent à fond... ça compense, et c'est pour eux que tu continues le taf... et heureusement, ils sont + nombreux à gérer que certains (ceux sur qui tu comptes, m'enfin surtout les joueurs, et qui s'en battent les roubignolles)...

Et j'avoue, tu te bats pour ceux qui assurent de laisser leurs joueurs au mieux... et t'essaies au max la win, même si le MDM et/ou tu galères avec les styles
