Honestly, it should normally be possible legally speaking (RGPD and all that...), but I'm not a lawyer... just a warehouse driver so well, the highway code ok but there... to be seen!

I assume he created a new account without clearing the browser history and memory.

Of course, the information is stored. Matching information calls the account interface settings. Naturally, this step is up to the user. They have the right to request that the data be deleted. After that they need to clean their browser. If not that calls old files infront of users.

I don't really understand what some people's aim is, to talk rubbish all the time. It's annoying. Like those who post requests for game improvements every 3 days.

A point of clarity on RGPD:

• the private data contained in the DB are the surname, first name, date of birth and place of residence. You can delete them yourself in the "my account" tab. The rest of the account (club name, players, etc.) is not private data.
• it is not forbidden to store IP addresses in the DB, but there are conditions. Storage must be limited in time, limited in quantity, justified (anti-fraud) and it must be indicated in the general terms and conditions (unfortunately absent. They should be sent by e-mail when you register).

Don't forget that RGPD does not prohibit the processing of private data. It provides a framework for it.

When you request a password reset email, your IP address, UID and Team name are sent with generated link. I think that for multi-account, many points are checked including IP and device names. I think the subject owner matched the settings from the files in the browser memory (hard disk) and not from the IP.
