The idea is respectable, but it would be personal rewards for the players and we represent a club as a whole. This is a manager's game, and the players' own performances are secondary in my view.

Many similar projects have been written.
Few combine limits and imagination.
Most are unexcited.
Those who train the best players and those who make the list should be rewarded.
