Proposed reorganisation of Federations and Official Competitions

Objective: To transform the federations into structures operating in a similar way to the cartels, while making the competitions official and more attractive, such as the Champions League (LDC). This would provide a structured organisation with defined roles, strengthened management and benefits for affiliated clubs.

1. Federation Structure and New Positions

Each federation would operate as a cartel, welcoming clubs under two forms of representation. New positions would be introduced to manage strategic, competitive and financial aspects.

A. Roles within the Federation

1. Federation President: Responsible for the general management of the Federation, the President takes strategic decisions regarding the organisation and direction of the Federation.

2. National coach: Responsible for sporting performance, he manages matches and ensures the cohesion of the national team.

3. Treasurer: Manages the finances, including donations from affiliated clubs and the funding of federal projects. He is responsible for distributing financial aid to clubs in need.

4. Competitions Director: Responsible for organising tournaments and competitions. He defines the calendar of events, approves club applications and coordinates logistics (for example, stadium hire for international matches or if the federation is organising a major tournament).

This is very realistic and may take a while to implement but I love it
