The second and more serious consequence is that we often find ourselves with youngsters with great potential but in the end with poor overall grades.
My proposal is to remove the restriction on promotion and instead set a minimum age for promotion, for example 18 or 20, so that we can bring in several youngsters of the same age at the same time and give them the same chances of progressing to the first team. In short, it should be up to the manager to decide which youngsters to promote, on the sole condition that they meet the minimum promotion age.

This limitation is a necessary mechanism, otherwise there would be far too many players in the game, which would completely disrupt the transfer market. On the other hand, for 25 seasons, you can't take any youngsters out of the CDF!
