The press conference made more sense to me
Or maybe your interview would be at the start of the season to see what the club's objectives are and at the end of the season to see whether or not you've met your objectives, but I don't see the point in that for me

You're everything at your club... chairman, manager, etc. It doesn't make any sense.

It could be fun for managers who are really into roleplay... but it would have to be unpaid..
