I'm wondering why you can do so much training when you can't take care of yourself.

You'd have to be able to accumulate them, and to do that you'd have to reduce their effectiveness if you use one 12 hours before the next (-10%, then -20% and so on).

What are your thoughts on this?

I'm not a medical expert, but does it make sense to have a succession of treatments?
Accumulating physiotherapy sessions seems to me to have more impact than training sessions, because while we train players every day, we don't have injured players every day.

In principle I'm all for it, I just wonder.

The same as training. Is there any real benefit in doing 3 or 4 training sessions in 1 day?
Hence the idea of making the treatment less effective if abused
