It seems to me, as I have already mentioned in a post on the topic concerned, that the tables of average prices (implying the ceiling and floor prices they imply) are legitimate and their reading is not strictly speaking complicated. What is, however, is their access.
With the regression of the "buy/resell" that was the order of the day on VF, it is now mainly relatively novice managers, looking to build and develop their squad, who naturally move towards the transfer module. However, it is a torture to have to go back and forth on three boards lost in the middle of a manual, even for managers who are used to the game.

The most ergonomic solution would be to automate the possible cancellation of transactions when they are carried out outside the framework of ceiling or floor prices. Thus, if the limit price is exceeded, the purchasing manager is notified by automatic message that his proposal does not meet the limits and he is invited to modify his offer even before the proposal reaches the selling manager. By the way, this solution would relieve the attention of admins on this single issue of the game and avoid the perpetual questioning of the probity of admins.
It remains to be seen what the technical feasibility of this solution is.

In the absence of an automated solution, the 3 tables would have to be available (via a specific tab?) directly in the transfer module.

Except that the transfer grid is static and does not take into account the fluctuations of the transfer market. If it's adjusted with fluctuation margins why not, but in this case we would have to define a margin of more or less x% of the players sold outside the price list
