I am new in this game and it’s a bit too much at the beginning but it looks great so far. My question is:

Which skills are important for every area of the team? I think defending and tackles for defenders, passes and technique for midfielders, attacking for Forwards and so on…but which too? For what I need Power and Endurance?

Should I train 1 or 2 skills to he max to have specialist or 3 to 4 only a bit, maybe 50, to get a balanced player?

Did I understood right, that every play style needs one special skill in one area (f.e. Speed (and Attacking) in For for "Counter" and Positioning (and Defending)? in Defence) for "Offside Trap" or just one of them? Should I choose one team instruction and train and search player for this special (maybe counter or short passes) or is it better to play more than one?

Before dive deep in tactic and skill better check old players at auctions.
Developement of players needs building and Staff with high level too.
You better take if you find 23-32 which finished his training and ready to make more games.
Beware of endurance(min 20) and high affinity.
Tactics based on your team bonuses with game style.
As i can see till this day. numbers more important than luck.
So if your attacking sector too low for your rival defence you cant get goal chance. Even you hold the ball each area you cant find a score chance. Many player hide their bonus and stays low if they know tactics well. So try hard to escape from traps.
Gain your points build your team buildings and stadium. Take 80+ staffs then you are ready to develope youngsters yet they gonna took months.
So try to get players with high rates, set their best performing play style and take aim to weak points of stats and areas.
Marker is the different and uniqe one. Others can be informed by training with playing styles you can check advise from your coach.
You can use search player to find out best players which close to your player and you can copy that to train his way. They need to play each game 17 till 23-25 age with fully trained.

Did you read the manual ? It's like a basic tutorial that can help you learning main concepts of the game
