A player aged 31 has lost 1 stat point, he hasn't announced his retirement, his maturity range goes up to and including his 31st birthday.
So is this normal?

If it's 31 his regression, yes it's normal

Maturity range 22 to 31: the player starts to regress at 31.

Some of our colleagues and I have noticed that 24-29 year olds have lost points this week... Is this normal?
