Good evening, I don't know if I'm the only one or is there a way to correct this. I can no longer buy stars via PayPal from my iPhone.. the page remains on the stars and nothing moves.. no matter the amount the page does not refresh it remains blocked.. Simple personal bug? Or am I not the only one? Many thanks to the answers provided

Can you restart the app and try again?

I also end up with a frozen screen with no way to access the next page. I have restarted the application several times without success.

its seems browser problem.
when we pick paypal method. its redirecting to browser. Chrome seems work with credit / paypal card options.
(used with PC desktop preview)

So to answer you, by restarting the app without touching anything else we remain on the same problem .. we fall on the safari page but nothing works after that. On the other hand to rectify the problem we must switch to "computer mode" and the paypal page works .. Probably a problem on the updating of the paypal link on smartphone mode Have a nice evening

For my part it doesn't work, even when changing the browser. I end up on the same frozen page... Nothing to do.

UP I restart whether in computer mode or telephone the Paypal page does not launch .. it remains on the VF interface with the payment method .. Same for the CB box ..

Do you have an error message? If you leave the payment page open, I can try to debug remotely.

It works until I have to validate on the banking application, then once validated it takes me back to the purchase page but without validating the purchase, as if the page had been reset to 0

It seems diffrrent bug from bank app maybe cache problem...

I tried again, still the same, once the bank validation is done, I automatically return to the purchase page as if nothing had happened

Small update: I succeeded but to do it I had to go to Chrome with my laptop and display it in computer version

Aymeric add Apple or safari based payment methods too.
or send them to offical payment page.

there is another way to try this...

by the following:

1. log in to PayPal

2. in a separate window, log into the site I wanted to shop

3. At the top, click on "Safari"

4. In the drop down menu, click on "Settings for PayPal"

5. When the window pops up with the settings, make sure to UNCHECK "enable content blockers"

Then do the same thing for the site you are shopping, making sure to UNCHECK "enable content blockers"

This seems to fixed my months long issue of being unable to use the Safari browser with PayPal.

If Aymeric found payment methods for Apple and Google cards they may much easy to use. yet i dont know the cut.

No I don't have any of that. Some time ago I had bought stars without any problem via the application. Today it didn't work before I worked around the problem

check site settings and see if JavaScript or PHP codes suportted by your browser.
Also check pop-ups and redirections.

And for Aymeric if this is PHP 512mb server memory maybe needed.

Else there are version problems. (not updated not secured.)

Maybe wrong account password reminded by browser like old pass or wrong user name etc.

Some says Firefox worked.
So all seems by paypal and browser problems.

I'm allowing myself to up this topic. When trying to buy stars earlier via the application it didn't work either. The action of validating the purchase with the certicode (and opening the bank application) closes the PayPal pop-up and cancels the transaction. You have to go through the browser in computer version then.

En essayant d'acheter des étoiles toute à l'heure via l'application ca n'as pas fonctionné non plus.

L'action de valider l'achat avec le certicode (et l'ouverture de l'application de la banque) ferme le pop-up de PayPal et annule l'opération.

Il faut passer par le navigateur en version ordinateur du coup.

I wanted to buy 30€ of stars yesterday but I gave up with PayPal, it asked me to use another card...with the classic card payment that was there before it worked well and the two were separate, too bad to have returned to PayPal

Thanks to the game master it works again with classic card
