If you're talking about the Coupe de Ligue (Provence for you), it's because the previous round isn't over yet. There are still matches tonight at 8pm. After these matches, a new draw for the next round will be launched at midnight tonight.

The matches are scheduled 3 days after the last match of the previous round.
Unless another cup falls on that day, in which case the match will be postponed to the following day ect....
