What do you think of the home/away impact in matches on VF?
Obviously, when you’re playing at home, the advantage is significant…
But away from home, I find the impact to be quite significant – particularly the drop in stats.
It’s true that in Ligue 1, for example, there are more home wins on average.
In this game – and I imagine to reflect reality – during a knockout stage, a final or a knockout competition, the away team starts with a direct disadvantage, and personally I find that a shame. (Excluding league matches and friendlies)

2h agoThat makes sense to me; otherwise, there’d be no point in having home and away fixtures, and we might as well play everything on neutral ground.
The only downside is when the league fixtures are drawn up. All too often, a team plays all their home games in the first half of the season and all their away games in the second, or vice versa.

Pour ma part, je distinguerai deux types de matchs :
- pour les amicaux et les matchs de championnat (aller-retour), c'est assez normal, et cohérent.
- pour les matchs de coupe, les ie, les is, dans l'idéal, il serait mieux à mon avis de les jouer sur terrain neutre.
