Hi there, im struggling to understand why a players rating can drop due to an individual instruction but gain impact and how and individual instruction that makes a player their highest rating can cause negative impacts on everything. Which is more inportant? Base rating or impact and how to know which players to buy to fit these styles. Also, what does a normal Team playstyle do and why would you choose it over a specialised playstyle
