Registration:
Only the coach or the president are authorised to register their team for the IS Cup. To register, please write "Read and approved" with the name of the coach and the name of the Entente. If you sign up, you must ensure that you will be able to take part until the end. You must be able to include 6 IS matches in your calendar. These 6 IS matches are guaranteed by the competition (except for forfeit(s) beyond the control of the organisers). [NO OUT OF COMPETITION IS MUST BE MADE[/b].
The competition must take place in an atmosphere of camaraderie. Insults, disrespect and other actions or words intended to denigrate a person or a game agreement are strictly forbidden on any platform. If this is not the case, the agreement will be penalised (which may result in the Agreement being disqualified).
If an agreement is withdrawn without valid justification to the competition organiser, it will not be authorised to take part in the next edition.
The VF rules concerning IS apply to all matches in the competition.
[In the event of non-compliance with these rules, selectors may lodge a complaint with the organisers by PM. If the complaint is upheld, the match will be lost on the green carpet. However, the match must continue as normal. If a match is forfeited or lost on the green carpet, the new score will be 1-0 against the offending Entente.[/color] In addition, the organisers are in contact with the administrators for these matches. If an Entente is at fault in a 2nd match in the competition, 1 point will be deducted for the group stages.
Competition schedule :
- The D2 competition format will be announced by the organiser depending on the number of entries. The draws will be made using online software to ensure transparency. The draws will be published by the organisers. If you have any queries, please contact them directly by email. Two sister agreements may not meet in the pool phase.
- The dates for each phase of the competition will be given by the organisers. In the event of a delay, the selectors are invited to discuss the matter with the organiser, so that a solution can be found, or possible sanctions can be taken against one or other of the selectors. - In the event of a tie on points at the end of the group stage/championship, this is how the tied teams will be separated:

Penalties (A session of 5 shots and 5 saves must be sent to one of the organisers. For each shot/save, the coach will have to specify whether the player/keeper shoots/dives to the right, to the centre, or to the middle)
- At the end of a draw during the knockout stages (Quarter-finals, etc...), both coaches must send a series of 5 shots and 5 saves to one of the competition organisers as soon as possible after the match.
Other information :
- The calendar and rankings will be created using a Google file, but will be visible directly on the VForum and also available via Discord.

- If the location of the match is accidentally reversed, you will need to contact an Admin to request that the match be reversed. Note that this does not mean that the match will be reversed or deleted! The administrator will not necessarily have the time to do this. In this case, the match will have to be played normally.
Explanations TAB :
- For shots: If a player shoots to the right, the ball simply goes to the right.
- For saves: Saves are made from the goalkeeper's point of view, i.e. if the opponent shoots to the right (from his point of view), the goalkeeper must dive to the left to stop the shot.

At the end of the first round, if the score is still tied, the two coaches must send another round of 5 kicks and 5 saves to the organiser. This second penalty shoot-out will be played in "sudden death", meaning that the first team to score and save a penalty has won the shoot-out.

The polls that took place at the start of the season have been implemented in a new file (well, the ergonomics need to be improved, but the basis is there):

The 16-team format will now be played in 2 phases:
- First, a single pool (LDC IRL type) of 4 matches with a hat-trick draw.
- Followed by a semi-final and final phase.
- The direction of the group matches is 100% random (basically you can play 4 home matches and
4 away games, but for most of you it will be 2 home games, 2 away games). - For the final phase, as you'd expect, the top 4 will play in a mini-tournament, the next 4 in another, and so on.
in another, etc... - For the final phase, the first of each group of 4 will play at home against the fourth.
Similarly, the second-placed team will play at home against the third-placed team.

The 15-team format will remain the same as in previous seasons:
- A 5-team pool phase (with just a hat-trick draw as opposed to the previous system).
- Followed by a pool phase with 3 matches between the first-placed teams, one between the second-placed teams, etc.

The 14-team format will now be played in one phase:
- A single pool phase (LDC IRL type) with hats.
- The matches will be drawn in the same way as for the 16-team format.

The 12-team format will remain the same as in previous seasons, i.e. :
- A pool phase with 4 pools (only a draw with hats will be included, unlike before)
- Followed by a two-legged semi-final final followed by a final and a small final.
At the end of the pool phase, a ranking is drawn up and the top 4 in this ranking play in the mini
tournament for first place, the next 4 for 5th and the last 4 for 9th.
Hats are based on the IE and CUP IS rankings for the last 5 seasons.
For those who have not participated in the Cup IS over one or more seasons, you will be considered last in those seasons.
Similarly, if your agreement is recent, you will be considered last in the D5 for the seasons prior to the creation of the agreement.
