16/03/2025Hello everyone,
I've just put my finger on a fairly serious problem with the training centre.
As things stand today, how can we play friendlies if we don't have 11 players (without duplicating positions) in our squad?
Normally by taking free players ... do we agree?
Except how do I do that knowing that there are only GACs and 2 poor ATCs on the 10 or 11 pages of players available?
In my opinion, the CDF should either be filled automatically with free players as it used to be, or more different players should be made available to free players. Because at the moment, if I take my personal case as an example, I'm totally blocked and unable to play friendly matches with my juniors ... which is very regrettable when you know that you need to have 100% progression to release a young player...
So if anyone could correct this, that would be great
Thank you and have a good Sunday

16/03/2025Only Aymeric has any control over what happens with the training centres.

16/03/2025Ah, thanks Blagoje, I admit I didn't do any research before posting, but now I see I'm not the only one with this problem
So we'll have to wait until next season for the new juniors to arrive (I don't think we have a choice)

16/03/2025That's it, that's it. Another very well thought-out trick that doesn't hold you back too much xD

16/03/2025Hi, there,
Same problem on my side!
It shouldn't affect me too much, but it could if the same problem occurs again next season.

16/03/2025If you have a match scheduled in the cdf, the game should compensate for the 2 players you're missing with 2 free players
If you don't have any, you can compensate by your scout (who will only bring you one a week), by detection (but you'll only have them next season if they accept the contracts) or at different times of the day by searching for free players

16/03/2025But it's a management game...
It's true that the CdF is set to compensate automatically, but I wouldn't think it was too bad if it didn't do so.
You have a tree with 10 apples, you eat 8 on the first day and you're starving by the end of the week. You can't blame nature for not producing enough for you 🤔

16/03/2025Completely irrelevant 🤣 have only released two youngsters per season. Here there are only goalkeepers! So to keep my apples, I should have released a 24 year old pot 70 keeper rather than a 17 year old pot 80 dfc? 🤔

16/03/2025Well, you put that pressure on yourself. The game isn't designed to suit you.
Once again, this is a management game, so you have to make decisions.
Sometimes you have an ideal scenario, sometimes you have to limit the damage.
Completely out of touch 😮💨

16/03/2025Management = Aim of the game
Aim of the game = to win matches
To win them, you need good players!
I don't know how it's managed, but it's obviously off the ground xD

16/03/2025I think you're contradicting yourself. The aim of the game is to manage a club, not necessarily to win.

16/03/2025Totally agree, everyone plays to lose. The main thing is to manage players but we don't know why 😆

16/03/2025In fact, you can control the management (for little stability in the game) but not the final result.

16/03/2025Yes, of course ☺️. All the same, good management contributes to the final result. After that, there's an element of randomness.
To come back to the subject, we were wondering whether it was normal to have only gac. After that, you have to adapt

16/03/2025I've had the same problem, and to make up for it I wanted to teach a midfielder the DFC position so that I'd have an XI again, but that doesn't solve the problem, because in reality you can't choose a junior's position in the CDF (the new position is only taught for his "pro" career once the junior has been promoted, if I've understood everything correctly).
Offering more different positions for free players or giving the option to choose the position in the junior team would be very positive to avoid this situation.

26/03/2025For the record, there are plenty of new juniors available.
