3 month agoThe Arabic language was fairly good in the past, but now there are many errors and shortcomings.
For example, in the two images below, when using Arabic, I cannot determine how many positions a player excels in, unlike before. However, in French, for instance, this information is clearly available.
As one of the Arabic-speaking users in the game, I hope this issue will be considered. Additionally, there are many spelling mistakes and unclear translations, but I mainly hope the issue regarding viewing player positions will be fixed.
Best regards.

Yes I know that, the problem is that it does not appear when using Arabic in the game while it appears in French

2 month agoHello,
Yes, it's the same in all languages (it was reported here, too #forum?topic=166579&date=1729019579).
For the record, the player positions have always been in English in the foreign versions (I'm talking about the positions in the coloured bubbles), and the all-purpose positions were written in French. It wasn't perfect, but that's the way it was.
It disappeared when the info came up via this very good topic: #forum?topic=164797
I've also noticed a change, which I think is an improvement, with the appearance of the 'little green pencil' for modifying positions when the player is ours (before, you clicked on the position in the 'coloured bubble')
There's also a table showing all the positions, with a green tick for positions you've learnt and a red cross when you don't know the position.
It's a lot better than before (for those who don't remember, the learned items had their coloured bubbles, and the others were greyed out. The percentage progress bars were all at the bottom)
I suggest completely removing the 'versatility positions', even in French VF.
And to have either a little green pencil, when you own the player

2 month agoYou can take part in the translation of the game by going to the manager's desktop, bottom leftAlqilouchi : The Arabic language was quite good in the past, but today it has many errors and shortcomings.

It's below the sponsor ... But I've just tested it and to my great surprise this button only appears in the English version of the game (not in the other languages).
Here's a link:

You can correct the anomalies you find.
However, if the Arabic version has been modified, it's apparently due to a rather attractive reward system. (https://www.virtuafoot.com/#forum?topic=165869)
PS: Aymeric, would it be possible to make this button appear in the game's other languages?
I don't think it's natural for players to switch to English to participate in the translation of their native language. Especially as I think that if the translation is bad, they'll tend to leave.
I've noticed that for a while now, the Indonesian community has been second only to the French, but they don't stay long (1 year max). Placing the translate button for them should be a priority, to try and build loyalty and grow the community of players.
