There's something strange about this full-back J. Taffertshofer
He's been with me for 12 seasons and he has almost no affinity with the 2 oldest defenders: the central defender, who's also been with me for ten seasons, and a full-back, who's been with me for 6 seasons.

I've been here for 12 seasons too, so it's totally impossible for the 2 of them to have a 15% affinity. I'm pretty sure that just a short while ago they were at 100%.

They probably haven't played together for a while. I looked at their match days and they don't often play together. After a while the affinity goes down and disappears.

So it's quite the opposite, I'd never realised it was that bad but it's because they no longer have 100% affinity that they don't play together any more, but it's only since this season that they don't play together any more.
Is the loss of affinity something new or has it always happened?
It's the first time I've seen this happen, especially to this extent (16% affinity between players who have been playing and training together for 12 seasons).

zejl: Alors c est plutôt le contraire j avais jamais fait gaffe que c'était à ce point mais c'est parce qu ils n' ont plus 100% d affinité qu ils ne jouent plus ensemble mais ce n est que depuis cette saison qu ils ne jouent plus ensemble.
C est nouveau la perte d affinité ou ça a toujours eu lieu ?
C est la première fois que j ai ce cas de figure surtout à ce point (16% d affinité sur des joueurs qui jouent et s entrainent ensemble depuis 12 saisons ...)

Don't hesitate to line them up on Friday if it helps you to increase the affinity.

From experience, if a two players don't play in a (part of the) match in the same line (def / mid / att) for 17-20 days (not exactly sure) they will lose some affinity (is it 20 ?, not to keen to check / test), don't know if the loss / time is linear from that point if they still don't play together.

If the players take part in the same training sessions, they also gain in affinity.

That's because for the last thirty days or so they haven't played together much, if at all. It's been like that for several seasons now.

We're going to have to adapt the friendlies so that the understudies retain their affinity from what I can see, thanks for the advice 👍
