The efficiency of training sessions was greatly increased a few seasons ago. The aim was to match the Store players "a little better" with the "VF" players.
But it was increased far too much. The warning was given early on, but it wasn't corrected quickly. As a result, there was a huge imbalance between Store players and VF players, who were giving NG99s. All this coupled with juniors of 86-90 potential who were effortless and rather frequent with the Junior Recruiter.

This has always been a problem with VF. The balance seems impossible to find. Either everything or nothing. There's a happy medium, but that's not on VF ^^
