The "training mission" option is no longer used by the community because lenders prefer to deal directly with interested borrowers rather than throwing premiums with no guarantee of seriousness and/or results at anyone who wants them.
The solution is the one you mention: find clubs that need serious partners to train their youngsters and negotiate the terms with them in mp. If there is a written agreement by this means, the lender will have to respect the conditions and the anti-cheating administrators can be seized if this is not the case.
