I have a player who didn't take part in training today because it was indicated that he was late.
Is this a new phenomenon?
Should I get his parents to sign an apology note so that he can join the training sessions again?

Unfortunately it's happening now, there's nothing you can do about it, that's just the way it is.

Was he a new recruit? If so, you must have had some training in stock. He'll normally train once you've sold them out. This has been in place for some time, as is often the case to prevent abuse by some.

It's different from the problem with new recruits, it's also happened to me once without me being able to find the slightest explanation as to why.
I suppose it's purely random, or maybe there are some hidden 'slacker' characteristics (humour).

I've just had the same thing this morning. I had a few training sessions in stock because of a player who was injured. Now that I'm doing them again, I've got a player with 3 months' seniority, not injured at all, who arrived late for training this morning...
