Thanks to you, I've done the same, namely that the bonus is 5 million per round, which is appreciable and not negligible

It's a good initiative, but before I sign up I've got a question:
When exactly is the tournament going to start?
Because if it's soon, it's going to be "hot" when we are (like quite a few clubs) still qualified in 2 official cups.
Will that be tenable, unless it causes some shifts in the cup calendar, especially as the league matches are coming up soon?
...and I'm not even talking about the IE matches that have to be booked, or even the players selected for the IS matches..
All this in a context where 95% of players with a high NG have a stamina that no longer allows them to play every day.
Doesn't this (somewhat elitist) cup run the risk of bringing together a lot of B teams, especially in the early rounds?

Personally, I think that just putting a top player in the winner's bracket is more than enough ...

As much as I think it's great that such a tournament should be organised on the initiative of members and users, I don't think the cup should offer any significant reward other than inclusion in the prize list, which is already a very good reward.

Very prestigious cups, such as the Independents' Trophy, the IS Cup, the Freelancers' World Cup and the Vfifa Trophy, do not or did not offer any reward other than a place on the list of winners.

What's a bit of a shame (without criticising, this version is already a very good initiative, well done) is that in the initial version, each club had an interest and each had its own objective.
The more 'modest' clubs had the objective of getting through a round or two (or even more!) in order to win as many bonuses as possible (it was 3M per round, wasn't it? Or 5M? I can't remember). It was a sort of 'merit-based Christmas bonus', even if it depended on the draw and the Holy MDM.
While the "big ones" were fighting for the final prize (player + line in the prize list, I think?). As a result, it was in everyone's interest to sign up. And the charm meant that a huge number of clubs signed up. It was very friendly and there was something for everyone.
Here, I don't see much point in the smaller clubs signing up. It seems unlikely (but not impossible!) that they'll win the final prize, and playing won't do them any good (worse, it'll 'block' a cup in progress, I think). So I don't think there's much point. That's why there's no rush to sign up, I think.

So it's likely to be a cup for the 'big boys'. A mix of VFFA + LdC + various clubs. It has its charm, though. Perhaps a bonus of 1 million per round would have been more motivating for the active clubs (well, they're going to say again that it's going to fatten up the big clubs, but I think that the 'small' clubs, like the less wealthy big clubs, are still happy to get 2-3 million out of it)
I think it's essential to make it clear that this is not a criticism, not at all. It's a suggestion, a collective reflection. Perhaps for this tournament, or the next
