It's my first season on this game so far I'm invincible in my league
My question is simple given that next season I will be in division 1 is there that monster in ng 90 is older manager of the game

My question is that a weak team can win against a strong team ng
Are there any average ng club that have won a championship where there are 2 or more stronger teams?

It could be more complicated in D1
A weaker team can beat a big team, but over a season, it's complicated.
On VF, a good team (as in real life) takes a long time to build

It's possible if you outperform throughout the season. 2 or 3 seasons ago, in D2 in my league, a team had, at the end of the season, +11 pts compared to its corrected ranking, with a very average team. They came second, 2pts from the title, but with almost every match miraculously going their way. So I suppose it's possible.

Apart from the average overall NG, which will rise, the main difference you should see in D1 is that the majority of players attend their team's matches.

For my part, I arrived in div 1 this season for the first time and, although it's tense, at the moment I'm out of the relegation zone (we'll see what happens at the end of the season). I think that whatever the club, during the first season in div 1 the objective is to stay up and try to correct tactical faults when we've played badly, or at least, see where we've gone wrong to correct things.

Even if you don't stay up, at least you've got an overview and can adjust to come back better the following season ^^
