50-55 is the minimum you can get with this level

Having a level 8 cdf, I detect 65-72 potential and my recruiter brings me back 60+ potential.

My recruiter has already brought me back a 79 with level 8 potential, and as for detection... I have a 74 waiting for a contract (we can probably find 75 and 76 if we're lucky)
