What’s the point of a union? I joined a union but there’s not really much going on… I also have to pay 50k weekly fee, does it go to the founder’s pocket? If I don’t join an union at all, would it be bad?

no, it's not going to the founder's pocket It goes to the union and allows having a prize for internal competitions and rewards for whatveer you decide is important to your union. A good union shares experiences and advices. You can also play inter-union games that gives you more points than a regular match. One of the member can coach the union's team. It's a different experience of the game. If your union is not good, leave it and try another one because it's useful and helps you getting better
