Hello everyone,
I've read several posts on federation topics and the manual but I haven't found (or I've searched incorrectly) how do you get elected as a candidate in a federation? Do we have to make a post somewhere to put ourselves forward and set out our ideas apart from the letter of candidacy?
Thank you for your answers
LeBrasseur, President of Leffe Royale

All you have to do is send in your letter of application and you're in! Voting is more transparent than anything else 😁 if you're elected you'll automatically receive your selection, I think 🤔

I didn't understand your answer.... How do VF players see the application to vote? Because if it's only by going to the federation tab, there's not much chance of reaching people? hence my question as to whether you need to make a post or canvass like an IRL candidate?

So basically, I'm only reaching people who are going to go and have a look.... and potentially if a guy is part of an agreement, he'll be able to say so and get votes as a result.... hence the need, can we campaign via the forum for example or by canvassing voters?

You can always post a topic to tell people to come and vote for you... after that, if you're not particularly a star of the vfo and someone else from a big club decides to apply to your federation too, chances are it won't be enough, let's face it.

Hmmm, well, we'll keep our fingers crossed then, but this election system is a bit unequal all the same...

Basically, I'd be tempted to say yes... After all, this game offers a system of agreements, which is one of its special features. When you choose to play solo, you also have to accept the counterparts.
