Hello to the whole community
What should we expect from an agreement that is normally set up when we commit to it? Technically, financially and morally

Zanatany: Bonjour à toute la communauté
Qu'est ce qu'on va faire doit attendre d'une entente normalement constituer lorsqu'on s'y engage ? techniquement financièrement et moralement

Hello my friend,
The question is complex because it's quite broad
On VF you're lucky enough to have a wide choice of agreements (well, maybe a bit too many, actually 🤭 )
There are agreements for competition, others for fun, others for chill (without asking anything of the members) and so on (trainers, for beginners, etc.)
The question is, what do you expect from an agreement? And what do you think you can bring to it?
With the answer to these two questions, it will be easier to steer you towards a club that meets your criteria, and I think that can only help you integrate and enjoy the club

A few years ago I was fired from an agreement for lack of "investment in the fofo" by this agreement, but they kept the 200 m that I had paid them when I arrived, so what is a good agreement?

It all depends on the expectations of the player who enters into an agreement. Obviously, the agreement that fired you when you were so generous is not a good agreement haha (for me at least)

But then it all depends on whether you want to play for the big teams in IE, whether there's an active discord, etc. etc. - lots of factors

So yes, I didn't ask myself what I wanted, but now I'm in an agreement where the person is the only one who can react, and when they can react... And now I see that you have to pay to leave the agreement, and frankly I feel like I'm being taken advantage of

Me to my members I do not ask much, put the tag, play ie loaned players for is
In return I give advice and help as best I can with players but not with money
An agreement is not a cash cow that gives dough galore, it is made to help each other a max and win competitions united, our slogan is alone I am strong together we are invincible (well we still have work ah ah ah )

You paid 200M to join a union ? That's insane

No, he donated...we're still waiting for him to do the same for us, the skinflint 😁

In fact, I have the impression (except for beginners' agreements) that you have to go it alone, and because you tend to ask for financial help without being able to give anything in return because our players are weak, our structure is weak and our training school is weak... But frankly, what kind of return can we give altruistically? But I don't know what you think on my scale..

At your level, be receptive to the advice you are given
Become autonomous following this advice and don't be afraid to ask for advice
Try to participate as much as possible in the agreement or even by mp with your president or mentor, depending on the agreement
