You're missing the endu in your calculation + the point in each statistic

The endu doesn't count towards the NG, it just means that the NG drops less quickly in a match.
Points in each skill don't count either, only those in skills that are useful for the position. Extra' points can give match bonuses depending on the tactics used and the player's position, but they won't affect his NG.
