In stages over a season
Such a player must score X goal in 5 Match he wins 0.25% training then X goal on 15 = 0.25 ect...
Or such and such a player must score X goal in the league
Such a player must put X pass ect...
A manager must make X win out of 10 games or have X pts
Not conceding a goal in 5 matches
Scored X goal on X match
And if the entire challenge fulfills an event offer
In short, it gave importance to the 56d of the game.
For small clubs a % infrastructure offered.
Set daily, weekly, daily challenges ect... for all without always the same

The challenges can be multiple and the rewards
It could be inspired by the Paris platforms but instead of freebets we gain xp, affinity, spectators.
There would be bonus malus challenges.
A friendly match against an inactive team with 1 goal behind, then 2.3 ect.
A penalty of 1,2,3 and win share 2 goals gaps ect....
Managers would win the events of walks in the forest, signing session and other events of the same kind.
