I wanted to conduct a small social experiment (for volunteers who would like to participate)
I want to know if the IRL age of managers has a correlation with the level of management of a club or agreement on VF.
I notice when talking to managers that there are more and more young people👦 (-20 years old who are coming to the game, it's cool). I also know that there are seniors👴 on the game
For my part, I am 30 years old.
Put your ages and I'll have fun analyzing it on various criteria (training center, level of players "trained at the club"), trophies, squad management... etc).

What also surprises me is the time in which all this was accomplished - club created in 2020 -

Quality players on top of that. You don't necessarily seem to be betting on youth or the search for 99NG but more of the "united collective" (a certain pride of a trainer). You're 26 years old😅

It can already be noted that age alone is insufficient. Other factors would have been needed to find a more accurate correlation. (I have a small bunch in mind)

Present in major competitions. High level
In real life, when you reach a certain age (40+), the management becomes methodical for real. More mature in decision-making, certainly.

Not necessarily. I knew this game in high school, several of my friends played it. I came back last year, at 32 years old, about 15 years later.

Ochaco: Pas forcément. J'ai connu ce jeu au lycée, plusieurs de mes potes y jouaient. J'y suis revenu l'an dernier, à 32 piges, environ 15 ans après.
