No, they don't.
Both of my GKs are instructed to play as a ball playing GK (higher overall and less influence in defense while also adding a bit to midfield), so this is coming from experience.
It's just that the GK (as a position) is not affected by playing style. Some time ago I've tried changing GK to sweeper and I think that only 10 players were affected by bonus (including now sweeper, but one forward wasn't), I haven't actually played a match with that setup, just played around with formations and tactics before the match.
