Apply to Admin/Mods with pm.

Accounts may get block with same device and transfered some players each other.

Common or Static same IP rule is simple.

They are helpfull if you are not making that for cheating...

That's what I thought too but with the new transfer table there are limits so I wonder if it's allowed given that there can't be "gift" transfers. Moreover in the rules there is nothing that prohibits it 🧐🤔

Yes at ENG interface there is a game rules tab. Maybe they copy that to Turkish and others too...
Rules need search bar and shortcuts its seems like a long journey...
