Here are the rules: I. The overall goal is to participate, have fun... and get to know all the nations represented. To do this, don't hesitate to do some role-playing, comment on your matches or keep a journal to brighten up the forum and unite the "World Cup" community. A discord specific to the competition will be created to facilitate exchanges. II. Fair play and respect are particularly important. Above all, don't hesitate to communicate on the forum and the discord (joking tolerated). III. The results of the matches must be given on the VFORUM and if possible on the discord; in the topic concerned, in order to be validated. IV. Each group and knockout phase will have a deadline (or deadline) to be scrupulously respected. This is to promote the smooth running of the competition and out of respect for the other participants. Any match played outside of this cannot be counted and a 1-0 defeat will be inflicted on the 2 managers. The season goes by quickly, registration is voluntary so you agree to respect the deadlines imposed. V. You must have a national team made up of at least 11 players of the same nationality. A minimum of fifteen players is recommended. VI. A list of players is required to validate the registration. It must include a maximum of 26 players and will be requested at the start of the season. This list cannot be modified during the competition. If players participate when they are not on the list, the match will be lost on the green carpet with a score of 1-0 VII. You have the right to play with a naturalized player. We do not take into account naturalizations carried out before the announcement of the return of the competition. However, we will keep the list up to date so that there is no abuse. But if there is none, it is even better. VIII. A nation can only be represented by one coach. No England B for example. If two identical nations wish to participate, a play-off may be played to determine the participating team. IX. No loaned players may participate in vfifa competitions. X. All matches are played randomly. XI. Any failure to comply with the rules may result in a defeat on the green carpet; see exclusion from the competition. XII. If you become aware of a breach of the rules mentioned above by a player registered for the Cup, please contact the competition organizers immediately. XIII. In the event of a tie in the group stage between 2 (or more) teams, they will be separated by, in order: goal difference, direct confrontation, best attack and then as a last resort VF ranking. XIV. In the event of a draw in the knockout stage, a penalty shoot-out will be used to separate the two nations. 10 shots and 10 saves (G, C, D) must be sent to the organizer of your competition. XV.
