It all depends on how skilled you are at training. 17 is the best option if you have a specific way that you want to train your player.

At this point in the season, I would say 17 years old. He will be between 6 and 7 NG ahead of his rating while a 20 year old will only have 4 maximum. On the other hand, if you go out at the start of a season, I favor the older ones. Good day ;)
